Saxophone Altissimo Research
2001-present. With more than a handful of good altissimo method books, which include numerous fingering suggestions (the four most-popular texts list 76 different fingerings for the 13 chromatic pitches between G3 and G4), I have determined that it would be quite useful to scientifically evaluate these given fingerings so that one may choose from the most-appropriate fingerings. Scientific data has been gathered and is currently being evaluated.
